The Builder Log
Issue #002 — Launching on My Own Domain

Owning the Infrastructure
This week marked a milestone that feels small on the surface but important behind the scenes.
The website is now live on my own domain.
No platforms in the middle.
No shared infrastructure.
Just something I built and control.
Owning your infrastructure changes how everything connects. The website, the blog, and this newsletter are now all part of the same system. That means every project I build moving forward feeds back into the same place.
Small steps, but the foundation matters.
MindMark — Closed Testing
MindMark is the first app moving toward real users.
It’s a private journaling app designed to remove friction from reflection.
No social feed.
No noise.
Just a clean place to think.
I’m opening a small closed testing group to help refine the experience before a wider release.
If you’re someone who journals, tracks ideas, or just enjoys testing new tools early, I’d love your feedback.
Early testers will help shape the direction of the app before it launches publicly.
A Question for Creators
Another project I’ve been experimenting with behind the scenes is a set of LoFi creator tools.
These tools help automate parts of the process for generating long-form LoFi videos and loops without heavy editing workflows.
Before I go deeper into developing these tools, I’m curious about something:
Would creators actually want these tools if they were available on the Microsoft Store?
If you’re a creator working with video loops or LoFi content, I’d be interested in hearing your thoughts.
This Week’s Insight
Progress compounds when the foundation is in place.
The domain is live.
The newsletter is running.
Projects are moving forward.
Once the infrastructure exists, every step after that becomes easier.
The goal now is simple: keep shipping.
